In addition to the resources and helpful information below, you’ll also find the Check-In Portal, which allows parents to provide updates on their child’s mood, social interactions, behavior, and medication responses. Regular use ensures the treatment team has the latest information to tailor support and interventions effectively.

If your child is between the ages of 7-13 please complete the “Child Check-In” daily.
If your child is between the ages of 14-18 please complete the “Adolescent Check-In” on Sundays.
