Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides comprehensive full-time mental health treatment for six hours daily, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as group, individual, and family therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, specialized therapies, and more. Based on individual progress, the goal of PHP is often transitioning to lower-level IOP care.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provides a short-term treatment model with three-hour sessions, five days a week. IOP addresses various mental health conditions and serves as a step-down from higher levels of care, accommodating pre-existing disorders or functioning as an initial treatment for those not suitable for more intensive programs.
Minnesota Virtual
For those in need of personalized care, our mental health treatment centers in Minnesota also provide compassionate care and ongoing support through a secure, user-friendly virtual platform. With years of expertise in PHP and IOP, Compass Health Center – Minnesota offers HIPAA-compliant virtual programs, which include psychiatry support, group, individual, and family therapy, and medication management.
Our virtual programs effectively address depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and more. For adolescents, we provide educational support during the school year. Our flexible scheduling is available statewide, with daytime PHP and after-school IOP for teens and both daytime and evening PHP and IOP options for adults, making it easy to fit care into your life.
