Compass Health Center’s Mood & Anxiety Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs for individuals 18-23 provide short-term, intensive treatment for young adults whose Mood & Anxiety symptoms significantly impair daily functioning. Evidence-based therapies used to help patients develop more effective coping skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Group therapy is the primary modality of treatment, providing patients with opportunities to normalize their experience, gain feedback from peers, and practice effective coping skills together.
