Enhancing the Mind-Body Connection

Our program places emphasis on accepting symptoms, promoting movement, nurturing mindfulness, and challenging distorted perceptions. Available in-person and virtually, participants learn coping skills, navigate obstacles, and develop new ways of thinking—all with the goal of better understanding and leveraging the mind-body connection. Compass Virtual is a great option for those whose medical issues and symptoms are a barrier to consistently attending a program on-site.

What We Offer:

Specialized Support for Your Individual Needs

  • Immediate Access: A mental health assessment within 24 hours of your initial inquiry to ensure mental health symptoms do not escalate. You can start the program as soon as the next day.
  • Psychiatric Evaluations: A full psychiatric evaluation within 24-48 hours of beginning a program to better understand your unique needs.
  • Dedicated Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: You will be matched with a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner who will follow you throughout your treatment at Compass. They will ensure your treatment evolves toward your goals, including prescribing and managing psychiatric medication if necessary as well as coordinating care with your outpatient psychiatrist and medical doctors.
  • 24/7 Access to Psychiatric Support: All individuals in our programs have access to a Compass psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergent needs outside of program.
  • Virtual Program Availability: With clinical outcomes equivalent to in-person care, our 100% virtual option is thoughtfully curated to combat screen fatigue, featuring interactive sessions, rejuvenating breaks, and engaging experiential activities
  • Specialized Care: A key component of our program is evidence-based care led by clinicians who specialize in the connection between chronic pain, illnesses, and mental health to ensure an integrated and comprehensive, yet totally individualized treatment experience.
  • Group Therapy: Daily evidence-based, structured sessions foster peer support and shared growth.
  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions with compassionate master’s level clinicians who specialize in mental health, chronic pain, and illness care.
  • Family Therapy: We believe healing happens together—weekly family therapy is an encouraged part of the journey.
  • Creative and Experiential Therapies: From art to yoga, our therapies engage your mind and promote further well-being on multiple levels.
