To ensure a safe and confidential environment, we have group guidelines that all patients are expected to follow. If you have any questions, please let us know.

To report any unplanned absences due to physical health symptoms or medical appointments, please call our Nursing Line at 630-861-1625 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

We support patients and caregivers in navigating Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short-Term Disability (STD), and other leave-related documentation to help reduce barriers to treatment. Once enrolled, your treatment team can assist you in completing any necessary paperwork.

To best serve patients, we offer hybrid programming for those unable to attend in-person treatment. This technology allows you to Zoom into your group room from home to receive the same high-quality care when attendance barriers occur. A Zoom link will be sent once confirmed with your team.
