If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, call us to discuss your options. It may be possible to arrange a single case agreement (SCA) with your insurance provider. A Single Case Agreement is a formal agreement between Compass and your Health Plan that allows you to utilize your Health Plan benefits and access care. Our team can walk you through that process and help answer questions.
