FALLS CHURCH, VA, AUGUST 5, 2026—Savills announces that Compass Health Center, a leading provider of intermediate levels of mental health care, has signed a long-term lease for 22,203 square feet at 3160 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 300, in Falls Church, Virginia. The Savills team of Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg, Corporate Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, Managing Director Nick DiChiara and Executive Vice President Jon Glass represented Compass Health Center in the transaction.
The new location marks Compass Health Center’s first physical site in Virginia and extends the organization’s specialized mental health services into the state. Expected to open in Spring 2027, the facility will offer in-person treatment programs for adolescents, young adults and adults.

Located within WestTech Business Park, 3160 Fairview Park Drive gives Compass Health Center a highly accessible home base in Northern Virginia. The 22,203-square-foot facility will be designed around Compass Health Center’s evidence-based treatment model, with dedicated space for individual therapy, group therapy and collaborative care, offering convenient access for patients and staff throughout the Washington metropolitan area.
