Adults and Young Adults

Compass Virtual’s OCD & Complex Anxiety Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs for individuals 18 and older provide short-term, intensive treatment for adults and young adults whose Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) or related symptoms significantly impair daily functioning.

These programs are grounded in daily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to help individuals learn to tolerate, rather than get rid of, distressing thoughts or physical sensations and live out a meaningful, values-based life despite their Anxiety.

In addition to ERP, our programs have a strong focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as skill-building in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants are encouraged to practice working through Anxiety in pursuit of their personal values. In doing so, highlighting the possibility of living a fulfilling life despite the presence of uncertainty or discomfort.
