Compass Virtual’s Trauma Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs for individuals 18 and older provide participants with the tools they need to recover and move forward in a direction aligned with their values and goals. Through evidence-based therapy modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Compass Virtual team creates a safe holding environment so an individual can build insight, learn to cope in a sustainable way, and tap into their strength and resilience. Compass believes in setting a solid foundation and ensuring individuals have the support they need for the long-term work that will continue beyond Compass Virtual.
Compass meets program participants where they are, individualizes each person’s treatment, and works collaboratively to empower their healing process. Compass’s Virtual Trauma Program is offered during both daytime and evening PHP and IOP hours.
Compass’s multi-disciplinary team works with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that includes:
Compass Virtual’s customized treatment plans are tailored to the needs of each individual and adapted over the course of treatment. Program participants work with therapists who specialize in trauma, mood and anxiety. The group therapy model provides the opportunity to connect with others, normalize experiences, and build group accountability. This individualized approach to treatment supports patients in moving towards achieving a more meaningful and functional life.
Currently, to participate in Compass Virtual’s PHP/IOP programs you must be physically located in Illinois, Maryland, or Virginia at the time of each day of treatment.
Additional states are coming soon!
Nearly all individuals who try a PHP or IOP find it to be better than their expectations and find the level of engagement to be impactful.
