Q: What is InReach Solutions?
A: InReach Solutions is Compass Health Center’s new Learning Management System (LMS) that will host our Continuing Education (CE) programming. It allows users to register for events, access materials, and track CE certificates in one place.
Q: Why is Compass moving to a new CE platform?
A: We’re making this shift to streamline your experience, simplify registration, and provide a more organized way to manage CE credits and access event resources — all tailored to your needs.
Q: Do I need to create a new account?
A: Yes. Visit our InReach website and create an account. Do this by clicking “Don’t have an account? Create one now!”
Q: Will I still be able to get my CE certificates?
A: Absolutely. After each event, your certificate will be stored in your InReach account for download or reference at any time.
Q: Is this platform free to use?
A: Yes, Compass Health Center’s CE programming will remain free of charge for eligible professionals and community members.
Q: Will I need to attend events differently now?
A: The overall experience will be the same — events will still be hosted live via Zoom. However, registration and access to materials will now happen through InReach.
Q: What if I need help using the platform?
A: We’ll provide a short how-to video, step-by-step email instructions, and a helpdesk contact to assist you with any questions.
Q: Will past CE credits transfer into the new system?
A: No, past certificates will not be imported into the LMS, so we recommend saving any past CE documents prior to the transition.
