Compass Health Center Celebrates Brookfield, WI Grand Opening, Partnering with the Community to Expand Access to Mental Health Care
Ribbon cutting marks Compass Health Center’s continued expansion of immediate-access, evidence-based mental health care across Wisconsin.

BROOKFIELD, WI (November 18, 2025) – Compass Health Center welcomed clinicians, community leaders, media, and local partners to its Brookfield Community Open House on November 13, marking the official debut of its new Wisconsin facility.
The event brought together more than 50 guests for an evening of conversation, connection, and celebration of expanded mental health access across Wisconsin. Guests toured the state-of-the-art facility, enjoyed food and refreshments, participated in activities, and met Compass Health Center leadership. “This opening was more than just an expansion; it was an investment in the Brookfield community. We’re excited to help build a healthier, more resilient Brookfield where everyone has access to quality care”, said Compass Health Center President, Paul Mueller.
The new Brookfield center offers psychiatrist-led, evidence-based Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for teens, young adults, and adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, OCD, school refusal, and related mental health challenges. Assessments are often available within 24 hours, with treatment beginning as soon as the next day.
Brookfield joins Compass Health Center’s growing network of centers providing immediate access to mental health care across Illinois, Maryland, and Wisconsin—with Minnesota coming soon and virtual care also available in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Together, Compass’s programs support children, adolescents, young adults, and adults through specialized, outcomes-driven care that helps individuals stabilize, strengthen, and move forward.
