Compass Health Center Expands Access to Mental Health Care Through New Partnership with The Alliance

New in-network agreement, effective May 15, 2026, will broaden access to leading behavioral health services for members across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Compass Health Center, a nationally recognized provider of specialized outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, today announced a new in-network partnership with The Alliance, a not-for-profit, employer-owned cooperative serving self-funded employers and their employees and dependents across the Midwest. The agreement takes effect May 15, 2026, and will provide The Alliance members in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin with in-network access to Compass Health Center’s full continuum of evidence-based mental health programs.

Through this partnership, members of The Alliance will have immediate access to Compass Health Center’s Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), which offer specialized care for mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, school anxiety and refusal, and a range of additional mental health needs. With same-day evaluations and admissions available, members can rapidly connect to clinically appropriate programming and begin treatment, ensuring timely access to high-quality behavioral health support when it is needed most.

With locations and virtual care options available across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, Compass Health Center is uniquely positioned to deliver coordinated, evidence-based, data-informed care to The Alliance’s tri-state membership.

A Shared Commitment to Member Well-Being

“We are thrilled to welcome The Alliance as an in-network partner. Mental health is essential health, and this partnership means thousands more individuals and families across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin can access the life-changing care our teams provide. We look forward to working closely with The Alliance and the employers it serves to support their members on their journey forward.”
