Compass Health Center’s College Readiness Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to support young adults (17-23) who are preparing to launch to college for the first time and those who are returning to college in the fall. This program is intended for those students who could benefit from learning skills and strategies to support the nuances of navigating the role of a college student. The strategies that participants learn, practice, and internalize will not only support their emotional and mental wellbeing, but will also help them prepare and more effectively deal with the challenges and stressors associated with independent living and adulthood.
